✅ Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging included.
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for return.
📦 Return Shipping
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we cover return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
🔁 Exchanges
Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Exchanges are offered for the same item or one of equal or lesser value, depending on availability.
If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or allow you to choose another item of equal value.
Exchange Shipping Costs
We cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to our error (wrong item, shipping damage, or defect).
