I had it already charged with the provided solar panel. The only thing connected to it was a fan that only used 36-38 watts and the battery died after reaching 75%. Now the battery icon keeps blinking (nothing in manual) and won't charge. The only reason I think it's not dead is it still displays the settings when the AC button is pressed, so there's some power.(update)customer support contacted me assured me the product likely received damage during delivery and offered me a replacement or a refund.
